Liverpool 11/12 Away Kit

This is the new Liverpool F.C. away kit for the 11/12 English Premier League season manufacturered by Adidas.

The new kit comes in colours which Adidas calls 'solid grey' and 'bird silver'. It is also offset with a red colour in the collar and cuffs.

All the logos on the shirt come in the bird silver colours including the Adidas stripes, although the two Eternal Flames remembering the 96 that lost their lives in the Hillsborough disaster still remain in a bright red colour.

The shirt features pinstripes for the second season running but these seem to fade into the background of the shirt a lot more then the outgoing current away kit.

The new home goalkeeper kit accompanying the release of the away kit comes in black with orange logos, all except the Eternal Flames as with the away kit which remain red.

Yawning..!!

A yawn is a reflex of simultaneous inhalation of air and stretching of the eardrums, followed by exhalation of breath. Pandiculation is the act of yawning and stretching simultaneously. Yawning is associated with tiredness, stress, overwork, lack of stimulation, and boredom.

Yawning can also be a powerful non-verbal message with several possible meanings, depending on the circumstances. In humans, yawning has an infectious quality (i.e., seeing a person yawning, talking to someone on the phone who is yawning, or just thinking of yawning can trigger yawning) which is a typical example of positive feedback.

So yes, yawning is a natural process of life..
everybody yawns..
but what's wrong with while yawning that its better to close your mouth..
so disgusting attitude..
and yawning+talking..
its better not to talk at all..

Pulau Gaya..!! (Part 3)

FINAL DAY

well, didnt realise it..
we were on the final day..
we are about to leave this beautiful piece of rock..
for another one..
since the bus is not fixed yet..
the 4th day was canceled..
much to our dismay..
but, we have to move on..
cant stay there forever..

prior before leaving..
a final briefing..
and conclude our trip there..

stuffs packed, boat came..
off back to Jesselton Point..
once there, after discussions among the teachers..
it was decided that we would go back to Labuan by the express..
which means we only had maximum 1 hour to go and have lunch or take a walk at the nearby Suria Sabah..

instead, me, Arif, Jusman, and Riduan took a detour..
we went to KK Plaza..
after having our lunch at the nearby market..
after grabbing some snacks..
its back to Jesselton Point..
and board the ferry..
back to Labuan..

hmm..
despite spending a relatively short time there..
that place still catches my heart..
and i, and others would be glad to go back there..
and enjoy the scenery..
hope that there will be another trip just like this in the near future..

so that concludes my story for this trip..
which was 2months late..
but i dont really care..
as long as it stays in my memory..
:)

Pulau Gaya..!! (Part 2)

DAY 2
my day started quite early, at 2a.m. cause it's my turn to be on sentry..
me and my friends woke, feeling extremely "mamai"..
but we just stayed awake till Subuh prayers..
and watch the morning silhouette disappear..
and city of KK a distant sight..

today's activity starts with the jungle trekking..
which was probably the best activity of the whole program for me..
after gathering according to our groups..
we do a simple warm-up..
to prevent injuries..
and after a briefing..
we head back into the very same track that we were left alone the night before..
only this time it was not in the night!..
hehe..

after around 1 maybe 2 hours, we finally arrived at the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park Station..
took some pictures, have a rest..
it was quite a walk..
along some steep tracks..
c Saiful Adha almost pass out..
haha..

we the boys saw some people playing football..
and after they left, its our turn..
we had some kicks..
not to much, coz we were very tired..
while others continue to enjoy the scenery..
which was very nice indeed..
time flies, and its time for us to head back to base camp..

once we arrived back at base camp..
we went for shower..
and a nice lunch of rice and sardines+eggs..
the next activity was not yet announced..
so i took the chance to doze off..
haha..
i had a good rest..
though i still heard Arif being excited to be given the permission to swim at sea..
they had a good time for sure..
doing some snorkeling which too was supposed to be one of the activities..

then, i was awakened..
to the sound of the siren..
to be prepared for treasure hunting..!!
i was feeling so mamai!!..
haha..
once we gathered in our groups..
we were given our task..
AND THIS VERY ACTIVITY EXPOSED OUR "STUPIDITY" AND "CLOSED MINDED"..!!
the task was actually only requiring us to go to each checkpoint, ask for the teachers signature, after completing 5 checkpoints, head to the jetty..thats it!..
INSTEAD! we all foolishly ask for a task..
and the teachers happily gave us..
what supposed to be a 30 minute stroll along the beach turned into 2 hours of stupidity..!!
hehe..
once we all gathered at the jetty..
the teacher said that we all failed miserably..
showing that all are only "friends, not friend"..
but in the end..
it doesnt matter..
we did had a good time..
and i got to know some of the other participants..
which was great..

after that Cgu Azizie asked us to create a sculpture..
made from sand or stone..
which does not pollute, and will return to its former self..
we didnt did well..
and as a punishment..
we were made to charge down to the sea!!
haha..

after showers and prayers..
the night's event as BBQ!!
and group performances..
which i didnt took part in..
coz i was not "feeling well"..
so i dont have much to tell about..
but while i was sleeping..
i did saw them gather..
Jusman told me that they did a "self-reflection"
and Riduan got infested by his i dont know what to say la!!
hehe..

(part 3 coming up..!!)
(note: i wrecked my pants during the trekking! luckily i bought along a spare (: )

Pulau Gaya..!! (Part 1)

Last February, SMK Labuan's Form 6 Association (PERTIM) organised a motivation camp..
which was held at Padang Point, Pulau Gaya..
i forgot the dates, but it was before the school holidays..
the program was held to broadened our minds, since we are "island people"..
hehe..

DAY 1
we gathered at the ferry terminal, waiting to board the car ferry to Menumbok, where our bus was already waiting there..
an uneventful ride on the ferry, nothing much..
just enjoying the view and wind..

once we arrived in Menumbok, we headed straight to the bus, since it was a hot day..
once everybody settled in, the ride to Jesselton Point began..
we passed all the familiar sights..
so it was nothing much..
we stopped on the outskirts of KK to have lunch, before continuing the ride..
but then the bus BROKE DOWN..!

in front of Tanjung Aru Railway Station..
just moments after refuelling..!!
after some time, it was decided that we take all our stuff..
pack it into the van and pickup..
and continue by public transport..
=.="

some of the boys including me was the last to pack our stuffs and head to Jesselton Point..
and we start to wonder what might have been if the bus did not broke down..
finally all of us arrived at the ferry terminal safely and quite late..
but we did managed to get to Padang Point before dark..
we all were just relieved to arrived and have a good bath after that..

after prayers and dinner..
some activities was started..
some of us have to act like a macho man, a caring father, pretend as any of our teachers and so on..
and yeah, i sucked at it..
haha..

what came after that was a bit of a surprised..
we were told that we will be venturing into the jungle..
at night! yeaaahhh..
a first for me..
after briefings about the do's and dont's..
we in a line entered the jungle..
(out torchlights were taken away)
so only the teachers have them..
we just walk..
without realising that one by one we were told to sit down..
yeap! sit down alone in the dark..
after around 45 minutes being left alone..
we were picked up one by one..
and were made to say a code(SMK Labuan "Our Number")..
and we head back to base camp..
all safely, thank God..
after another slight briefing..
we all head to our camps..
to have a good sleep..
except for some of the boys..
who was on guard for the night..
hehe..

(sorry for the late post..part 2 coming up!)
